We aim to provide a safe environment for every type of body and put a lot of thought in our sessions in making them varied and motivating. Our studios are situated in Remuera, easily accessible from Newmarket, Parnell, Epsom, Greenlane, Mt Eden and Eastern Suburbs and in Marua Road, Mt Wellington. We specialise in small group Pilates classes and private Pilates training. Our Pilates classes include Studio (with equipment), reformer, mat, Pilates for Blokes, Pilates for Dancers, teenagers & pre-teens pilates courses. Next Pilates Orientation Class (Remuera Studio): September 23rd at 12.15pm This is a 90 minute commitment free workshop that will introduce you to the principals of Pilates, you will do a basic Mat class and try out the Pilates Reformer plus get a chance to chat to your instructor about the best Pilates training option for you.
