Bodywise Teen Pilates

Teen Pilates at Bodywise Pilates has been an established favourite for some time.  Group classes to help build confidence, improve posture and develop core strength and body awareness.  The classes have between 4 to 8 girls (although we would love to have some boys along as well), and they learn the basics of Pilates on the Mat and using the Pilates Reformer.  Classes are fun, interactive and educational.  But let the girls tell you what they think of Pilates at Bodywise....
