Katie is a trained dancer and dance teacher and has spent 7 years working in dance schools and education in London. She got a taste for Pilates when she joined a class at her local gym and was inspired to teach it herself, she completed the Advanced Mat certification with Future Fit Pilates UK, before returning to NZ. As a dancer Katie enjoys the wide range of pilates exercises both for flexibiity and mobillity and also for their effect in toning and strengthening her core area. She has a Bachalor of Arts Honours Degree in Dance Education with the Royal Academy of Dance and continues to up skill her Pilates training her in New Zealand.

Gaby was born in Argentina and has studied Classical and Contemporary dance to be a teacher. She graduated in Buenos Aires as a Physical Education teacher specialising in health pathology. Over the last 10 years, she has taught classes for all ages and levels at various studios, with a background in Latin Rhythms, Contemporary, Latin Hip Hop, Tango and Brazilian dances. She loves to dance and takes classes at every chance she gets. "No matter how old you are or how much experience you have, you can always learn more".

Rose is qualified to teach beginner, intermediate and advanced mat and reformer Pilates exercises and is also a Total BarreTM Qualified Instructor through Stott Pilates. After a decade of practicing Mat and Reformer Pilates on a casual basis Rose trained to become an Instructor not only as a lifestyle choice but also because she enjoys helping other people achieve their fitness goals. Rose has always been passionate about Pilates but her commitment to it developed even more after having children and experiencing the benefits of improved core stability, joint flexibility, and muscle strength and control. Her favourite exercises involve working the Gluteals!
Nicollette Van Den Bergh
Nicollette is a trained BASI (Body Arts & Science Institute) Mat Pilates teacher and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Movement Science which she completed at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Since she can remember, she has always enjoyed being active and pushing herself to her limits. Being introduced to Pilates provided her with the opportunity to do that on a whole different level and her dream when coming to New Zealand is to help people improve their quality of life and to make them look and feel great! She feels Pilates is a great way to maintain a well-rounded combination of flexibility, strength and fitness, which she feels any person should aim for when it comes to taking care of their bodies. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and excitement with potential clients as she moves forward in this direction.
Fernanda has trained in Reformer, Studio and Mat pilates by Stott Pilates, a worldwide regarded Canadian institution. After graduating in Physical Education and doing a Postgraduate course in Physical Conditioning for Special Groups. Fernanda managed her own Pilates Studio in Brazil before coming to New Zealand. She is passionate about Pilates methodology and the benefits reached by practitioners by the correct execution of exercises. In addition, she has a long experience competing and teaching swimming classes and working as a personal trainer. In order to keep updated in the area, Fernanda often attends pilates courses and workshops.

Carita de Jong
Rosa is a Westie, from Bethels Beach, and went to school at Avondale College. She loves to teach and taught English as a foreign language in Brazil, having received a scholarship to Espirito Santos University. Health is very important to Rosa, she has done pre-med and studied Biology at Auckland University but left to pursue more holistic approaches to Health. Rosa worked for Huckleberry, setting up their Organic and Wholefood stores on the North Shore. She is also a 'Hula Dancing' teacher, specialising in the Tahitian and Cook Island dances. Great for getting you fit! Rosa came to Pilates through her yoga training and loves the holistic benefits that it offers, achieving health through mindful movement. She has recently completed her Stott Pilates Mat training and Reformer training with Studio Pilates, and is looking forward to meeting you.
